This policy explains how APPtivity Labs, LLC handles information for CreateACal and related calendar products.

Who we are
APPtivity Labs, LLC is a software development and technology products company based in Utah. CreateACal is our multi-tenant family photo calendar platform (createacal.com).
Information we may collect
We may collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, account details, support requests, family or household information you choose to enter, photos and captions you upload, calendar content, and communications with us. Products may also collect operational information needed to provide features, maintain security, and improve reliability.
How we use information
We use information to provide and maintain CreateACal websites and products, respond to inquiries, support accounts, protect services, comply with legal obligations, and communicate service-related updates.
Required product analytics and error monitoring
To use CreateACal, you must consent to privacy-preserving product analytics, session diagnostics or replay where enabled, and error monitoring. We use these solely to operate, secure, debug, and improve the Service—not to sell your information. Declining required telemetry means you cannot use the Service. Optional purposes (marketing attribution, non-essential experiments) remain optional where offered.

No sale, trade, or exchange
To the fullest extent permitted by law, APPtivity Labs, LLC does not sell, trade, or exchange personal information for money or other valuable consideration, and does not share personal information with third parties for their independent marketing.
We use service providers (processors) to host and run the Service, including analytics and error-monitoring vendors acting on our instructions.
SMS and mobile information
Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, and consent records will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
If CreateACal uses SMS, we use mobile information only to provide requested transactional account-verification, security, and service-related messages, maintain consent records, process opt-out requests, and support compliance. You can also manage consent on our SMS Opt-In page.
Sharing information
We may share information with service providers that help us operate our website, products, hosting, communications, security, analytics, error monitoring, or support functions. These providers are authorized to use information only as needed to provide services to APPtivity Labs. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer.
Processors (examples)
Depending on the product, processors may include cloud hosting (for example Cloudflare), product analytics (for example PostHog), session diagnostics (for example FullStory where enabled), error monitoring (for example Sentry), and communications providers (for example Twilio, email). Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Data retention
We retain account and operational data as needed to provide the Service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Analytics and error events are retained according to our processors’ configurations and our operational needs; we do not keep them longer than reasonably necessary for those purposes.
Your choices
You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information where applicable. You may opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP to a message where supported. Required telemetry cannot be declined while continuing to use CreateACal; you may stop using the Service instead.
Children
CreateACal is not directed to children under 13. Product-specific age requirements may be provided in product materials or account flows.
